YIPD Operating Unit, key Personnel:
Reslian Pardede, Program Director, has a strong background in financial management and investment. She accumulated 14 years of working experience in financial industry. She holds Master of Business in Banking and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney (a scholarship from AusAID) and Bachelor of Accounting (cum laude) from Gadjah Mada University. Prior to joining YIPD she worked in Papua for almost 3 years doing developmental work in Sorong and Bintuni.
Eko Susi Rosdianasari, Quality Assurance & Knowledge Management Manager, with more than twelve years experiences in library and information management, responsible for assisting in managing publication, website, library and best practice program in the YIPD’s Clearinghouse. Before joining YIPD Ms. Rosdianasari was the Library Specialist/Assistant Community Learning Center Program for the Pakta Foundation. She also worked with the Women’s Solidarity and Democracy Group as their Librarian and Documentation Specialist. Ms. Rosdianasari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Indonesia.
Yokebeth Hartanti, Finance & Accounting Manager, she has 6 years working experience as an accountant with PT. Ernst & Young Consulting before joining YIPD/CLGI. Ms. Hartanti holds an accounting degree (B. Sc.) from STIE Perbanas in Jakarta.
Kumba Digdowiseiso, Program Staff, responsible for program development in accordance with the vision and mission YIPD. He completed his Master of education at the University of Adelaide South Australia.
Trini Hastuti, Finance & Admin Officer, responsible for handling office administration YIPD. He completed his undergraduate education at the stie Cooperation Yogyakarta, Department of Management Company.
