Regulation Program II is designed by Justice for the Poor which is a continuation of the program with the same header in the year 2004. This program aims to encourage transparency and participation in the process of formulating and implementing decisions. Activities included in this program is to conduct the analysis, especially related to the processes and implementation of local regulations, regulations of public services in five selected areas of Solok Regency, Sumedang, Purbalingga East Lombok and Parepare. Results of analysis then followed up with the establishment of Information Center of legislation in five areas as part of encouraging transparency in the regulatory regions. Additionally, through this program, attempted stimulation of community participation in the process of preparation and evaluation of regulations through the establishment of the working groups in five regions local regulations. In implementing this program in cooperation with ADKASI YIPD.
